We highly recommend working with Sue Boylan! As first time home buyers, Sue provided clear guidance throughout the entire process. She answered questions promptly and gave excellent advice regarding negotiations, inspections, and the contract. We were able to find and buy a house that we love quickly and smoothly, we couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Sue.
